Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-time/Part-time Position - Lexington, NC

About the Role:

As a CNA, you will assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), provide vital signs, and maintain a safe and clean environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and support. This is a full-time/part-time position, offering a flexible schedule to fit your needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

• Monitor and report patient conditions to the nursing staff

• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment

• Assist with mealtime and feeding patients

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

• Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans

Lexington Health Care Center, a 100-bed healthcare center inLexington, is seeking experienced Floor Care Technicians. We believe the appearance of our center says a lot about the care we provide. We ensure every detail from our shiny floors to the cleanliness of our patient rooms.

The Floor Care Technician maintains a clean, sanitary environment. The Floor Care Technician strips, scrubs, sweeps, refinishes, and buffs all tiled floor areas of the center, utilizing the proper equipment and procedures. They vacuum and spot clean all carpets throughout the center, and work effectively among patients, family members, and external and internal customers in a team environment.

Previous floor care experience is preferred, as well as, knowledge of chemicals, cleaners, application practices and maintenance of floor care equipment and supplies.
